We can’t really eat wood, Doritos bags and White Claw cans – can we? Hey, maybe we can cut these items with a sharp knife? Is there any chance that someone can cut a White Claw can with a kitchen knife? Take a look at this video:
Did this video trigger mixed emotions while watching it? You must be somewhat surprised that these cakes look so real it’s just unbelievable. I would never guess that any of these cakes are actually cakes or even edible. So obviously, the baker of these awesome cakes is a very talented individual and perhaps even a genius in his field.

Luke Vincentini is a 23 years old baker from New Jersey. He actually started to cook when he was a child – and he has fallen in love with it. If you were wondering where did he learn to cook and bake so good – the answer might surprise you: Luke learned it from watching YouTube videos and cake shows. Moreover, he also took master classes at Carlo’s Bake Shop in Hoboken.
Nowadays, Luke is an independent cake artist that creates cakes that look like real objects. It’s quiet amazing to see the results of his artwork because it looks so realistic. The funny part is that you can browse Luke’s Instagram account and see a variety of cool images – and you have absolutely no clue if that object is a cake or not. For example, take a look at this avocado image:
Can you tell if it’s a cake or not? Luke describe this photo as “Dessert for breakfast”. We suppose it’s true because we saw many of his other cakes – but is it possible that he is bluffing us and just took a picture of a real avocado? What about this image of a cute dog with strange eyes:
There is no way that this dog is also a cake (Luke also doesn’t claim so in his description). However, you have to wonder if he is tricking us here too? That’s the moment that you realize just how talented, good and creative this wonderful artist is! He can even upload random pictures of cars, phones and other objects and we wouldn’t be able to understand if he is bluffing us or not. I’m waiting to see a Star Wars’ cake designed by Luke, I’m your father.

Obviously, Luke Vincentini isn’t the only cake artist in the industry (even though he is probably one of the best). In recent years, we can find an increasing number of cake artists and cake decorators exposing their wonderful and tasty art to the whole world through the internet.
Gabrielle Feuersinger is one of those artists and she is the founder of Cake Coquette. Cake Coquette is a cake design company that can bake and design custom cakes according to the customer’s instructions. Another interesting cake artist is Nadine Moon that personally meet each customer in order to sketch and design their cake. “Who Made the Cake” is the name of her business which is a custom cake design studio. Down below you can see a few of her nice and creative Halloween cakes:
Who Made The Cake’s Instagram Account has many other awesome cake images including a variety of deliciously wedding cakes. Nadine also said that she refuse to sacrifice the quality of a cake just to make it look better – which is very important because we do want our cakes to taste good. Moreover, it doesn’t even look like she does compromise on the art of her cakes – these cakes look fantastic and we can actually see that Nadine put her heart and soul into each and every cake!
Bryson Perkins believes that cakes should be the centerpiece of every celebration. This talented cake artist is the founder of Triolo’s Bakery, and you can check one of their lovely turkey cakes that is intended for Thanksgiving:
