Show Off Car Fails Videos

Many people love to show off their car or driving skills (or lack of such skills, as you can see in the videos here). Psychologists claim that one of the most common reasons that people show off is insecurity. Insecure people may try to make efforts to show the world that they are good and important in order to conceal their inner insecurity.

There are tons of ways that these people choose to show off their greatness. In this page we are going to focus on cars. These cars are usually expensive cars (but not necessarily) like BMW, Corvette and other sport cars. By driving these cars you are telling the world that you have money and that you’re someone important!

As you can see, some of these incidents end up with varying degrees of damage to their expensive car while in other events they were very close to crashing their car. Watching these reckless drivers crashing their cars can be amusing/funny at a first glance – but there is one important issue that we have to consider.

In many of these cases these drivers also damaged other cars or risked other innocent people – and this is actually quite bad. It’s one thing to risk your life or your luxury car for a dangerous show off, but risking the lives of other men, women and children is completely unacceptable.

One interesting question that we have to ask is whether shaming and laughing at such drivers help us prevent the future show-off cases? On the one hand, the impression that they made upon many of us is that their are reckless idiots that don’t know how to throw their money. On the other hand, publicizing the videos displaying their ill-fated endeavors might encourage others to perform similar or better hazardous shows in order to become famous or to seek attention.

Is it bad that we’re sharing more of these videos? Well, we need to understand what’s going on, right?

The Peter Parker principle says that with great power comes great responsibility. These drivers are so responsible that they are going to use their great power (money) to cover great expenses. No jokes aside, we most of these sport cars cost a fortune to buy and maintain – so their are going to pay big time for their foolish actions.

However, we have to remember that other innocent victims were hurt and the insurance companies of these cars were probably very upset to deal with these drivers’ stupidity. We must mention again how irresponsible it is to risk the lives and well being of other individuals just for a pathetic show-off on the streets.

If you have so much extra money to spare you should consider donating or helping those in need. Other than helping others it will also make you feel better (and you deserve that feeling for doing something good) and maybe even improve your self-esteem and the way that society perceive you as a kind human being. Cast one’s bread upon the waters, and you never know – the world may reward you for your actions (but don’t count on it).

But seriously, can we get one last laugh? Just a little tip – if other people warn you that your car is on fire, you should consider the possibility that it’s a real fire and not just a cool compliment.
