In the video above you can see a British Shorthair cat that decides to engage in an impressive feat of dramatic meowing.
When its owners give it a chocolate snack, the cat completely stop its meowing and begins to lick the snack in a relaxed manner. However, the cat starts meowing and hissing as soon as its owners take away the snack. The cat, that is named Chen Goudan, stops its dramatic meowing as soon as Chen receives the snack once again.
This video was recorded in Chaozhou which is a city in east China.
Isn’t this cat cute and funny? Doesn’t Chen reminds you of a little kid that throws a tantrum? That’s what I thought when I first watched this video. However, some people claimed that the cat’s owners might have twisted its leg or tail in order to cause this dramatic meowing.
I watched this short video again but couldn’t determine whether the owners of Chen did cause it pain or abuse the cat in any way.
Other people even said that the cat might have been starved. Nonetheless, the cat doesn’t seem thin or starved in the video.
